No Refunds only Exchanges.

Exchanges on in-stock items are gladly made, provided the item to be returned is in unworn and new condition. 

Notice of intent to return an item must be made upon receipt of that item and the item must be returned in the original or equal packaging within 7 days of the original shipping date for U.S. customers and within two weeks for all others.

No refunds! Only Exchanges minus shipping costs, will be made in a timely fashion once the item is returned intact.

NOTE: Custom orders are NOT returnable, but we'd like our customers to be happy with their purchases, so if there is any problem, please contact us and we'll find a way to solve it.


Product Care.

The oxidation of metals is a fact in every jewelry piece. And unique stones and natural pieces used are very fragile and delicate, so they have to be handled with care.
Most pieces can be simply cleaned with a damp cloth. Metals such as gold, silver, alloys, copper, and brass should be cleaned using specialized products particular to the corresponding metal plating or finishing. Ambrosio is not responsible for natural discoloration in materials or damage due to improper care. The materials we use have particular irregularities, differences, and discolorations. These characteristics should be embraced as natural and part of the product. Ambrosio jewelry is produced with a conscious and respectful outlook toward the environment and the people that produce them.
