No Refunds – Exchanges Only
We gladly accept exchanges on in-stock items, provided the item is returned in unworn, new condition.
Exchange Conditions:

Please notify us of your intent to exchange upon receipt of the item.

Return the item in its original or equivalent packaging.

Return window:

7 days from the shipping date for U.S. customers.

14 days from the shipping date for international customers.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Custom Orders:
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, your satisfaction matters—if there’s an issue with your custom order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Repairs & Quotations
We offer repair services and provide quotations upon request.
Important:
Ambrosio Jewelry is not responsible for any item left at our studio for more than 30 days from the date of drop-off or quotation. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and will no longer be under our responsibility.

Our jewelry is crafted with natural, delicate materials that require mindful care. Each piece is unique and may include variations in color, texture, or finish—these are natural characteristics, not flaws.
