Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing Timeframe: Overall, please allow for a processing and shipping period of about 3-4 weeks, as many pieces are made to order. While some items may ship out quicker than others, certain pieces and custom orders will most likely take 3-4 weeks to be processed and shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Once orders are processed they will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location, but generally range from 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: If you require faster shipping, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. These options include 2-day or overnight shipping, and rates will vary based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Address: We only ship to valid street addresses within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Signature Required: For security purposes, we may require a signature upon delivery of your package. If you are not available to sign for your package, you may need to arrange for a redelivery or pick up your package from the carrier's location.

Insurance: All packages are fully insured during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, but we may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
