Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refunds – Exchanges & Store Credit Only
We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit for in-stock items, provided they are returned in unworn, new condition.

Exchange & Store Credit Conditions:

  • Please notify us of your intent to exchange or request store credit upon receipt of the item.

  • Return the item in its original or equivalent packaging.

Return Window:

  • 7 days from the shipping date for U.S. customers.

  • 14 days from the shipping date for international customers.

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Custom Orders:
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with your custom order, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • This estimate is valid for 30 days. All costs are based on the original job description and are subject to a 10% variance and changes in metal market prices.

  • A signed estimate and non-refundable deposit are required to begin.

  • All intellectual property, including final photography, remains the exclusive right of Nicolas Ambrosio & Co., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Repairs & Quotations:
We offer repair services and provide quotations upon request.

Important:
Ambrosio Jewelry is not responsible for any item left at our studio for more than 30 days from the date of drop-off or quotation. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and will no longer be under our responsibility.
